So what does it mean when I change handbags and *rediscover* lipstick, Burts Bees, or lip gloss that I’ve not seen in months?
Does it mean I’ve got too many handbags, or too many lipsticks? Or both?

I would say both! However, I have 5 tubes of stuff in my purse and I cant find any of them while i am driving and chewing my lip off!!!
