What an adventure! Poor Jack. I love how he knew you were there to help him and remained calm for you.
And I could just picture the goats, dogs and cat following you about.

I love your orange walls, btw. My family room has walls kinda that color and I think it’s so warm and cozy, especially this time of year. Great chairs.

Man! I have a black filly that has about as bad a luck as Jack. She laid her legs open from a barbwire fence. Cut her back tendon into. Just a mess. I feel your pain. Luckily, I was minus the goats and feisty gelding to deal with! Hope today was less exciting.

Will you be bringing down another horse to treat through the winter?

You should re-name him Lucky. I hear it is bad luck to re-name a horse, but, in his case, it probably would not matter.
