I know y’all are probably tired of hearing me tell you how much I love this horse- it’s not as if there aren’t another 80 horses at home I could love as much, but the fact is, I love, love, love my Gumpers! And insomuch as a horse is able he really likes me too!

I feel that way about my horse Dream. At a symposium John Lyons was asked “How many horses should a person have”. He said the perfect number is One if it is the right one”. He owned many horses but “his” horse was Zip. Looks like Gump is yours.
I might be inclined to agree with you, Bob. If you had seen how far Gump and I have come in the past two years you’d be amazed. He’s taught me far more about being a horseman than any other horse I’ve ridden.

I know, right? Zach always tells me that he wonders how I can call Gump and him both handsome? He likes to give me a hard time. He thinks Gump is a good looking horse, but he would never admit that too loudly!
I am in love with my boy Teddy too … though, I hate his name
He’s actually registered as “Poquito Suerte Glo” and since all I could come up with outta that was “Pokey,” I just gave up and kept calling him Teddy (what they were calling him before I got him – “because he looks like a teddy bear” … gag!).
I think he’s the best horse in the world though! He even lays down and lets me scratch his belly like a dog – not that this is a trate of a great horse but he totally trusts me!
