		<description>Soak or not- grill the corn in its husks, silks and all. Once grilled the silks will come off with the husks. Slather the
hot corn with Mayo mixed with Chipotle powder(to taste) instead of butter, just like the street vendors do in Mexico.</description>

He also does corn like you, but has come up with some awesome flavors. My favorite is when he uses carmel.</description>
