The Stars at Night…

September 26, 2008 by Shauna 3 Comments

Are big and bright, (clap, clap, clap, clap)
Deep in the heart of Texas…

And here in South Dakota too!

I have honestly never seen stars in Texas like the ones here. I’m sure they’re the same, if you get down to it, and I’m not doubting that Texas has big, bright stars, and of course, I’d tell you they were, since I love the Lone Star State, (and since you can take the girl out of Texas but you can’t take the Texas out of the girl!).

To describe the vastness of what you can see in the darkness up here, is all but impossible. You have to witness it to see it. It looks like an eighth grade science textbook. God is SOOOOO Big!

Spread the Love!

Oh my gosh!!! You are doing what I have always wanted to do with my life. I feel like I should have been born in a different time…when buffalo roamed…west was wild (in more ways than one)…Gunsmoke days. Now you are doing it, and I get to live through you on here. I am sooooo jealous!!! I want to be a “real” cowgirl too. Maybe you can start team penning, or sorting? who knows. Jill hello for us also. Still miss ya!!!
