And talk is cheap.
I’ve been told some things this week by certain people in my life. And it’s what I want to hear, yes, but until their actions prove otherwise, what they say amounts to nothing more than chatter coming out of their pie hole.
Given the chance, as recently as today, the action they agreed to isn’t taking place. There are more important things for them to do.
They want me to be free to do something with them this afternoon, and mentioned that if I wasn’t free they’d go without me. Make it easier for me to be free. Do what you said you’re interested in doing.
People that don’t do what they say (and I know to a degree we are all guilty of that- though I don’t ever do it purposefully; I just get busy and forget), and don’t want to follow-through, wear on me, like a bad make-up job and spiked bangs.
