Okay, my oldest son is in jail. He just turned 23 and has served 2 years for violating his probation after hit and run with a parked car (no one was in it). He decided that he didn't really have to go see his probation once a month like he was told to do!
My youngest son, the one in the car accident is 21 and he has not been charged with anything. I have no idea why they are holding him but was told they can do so for 72 hours. It's only been about 36 hours. My guess is they were waiting to see if Derrick made it or not, cause otherwise they could have charged him with vehicular homicide, but I'm just speculating on that!
