I’m not losing. I’m not gaining. I’m maintaining. I changed some things up this week, so I expect that next week I’ll shed some poundage. Daylight Savings Time hits on Sunday, and the added daylight will add to my activeness. I’ve been eating like I’m supposed to (though last weekend was a complete bust) but I rocked it this week. By the time this week is over I will have worked out everyday but Wednesday.
With the upcoming time change, I think you can expect to see less of me. So if anyone needs me, I’ll be at the barn. In the meantime, keep up the good work friends, and please share your progress here! Together we can make great things happen!
