I will admit- I got back from Vegas at almost midnight Monday, rode and handled horses Tuesday and the rest of the week was a bust for me. I will workout today, however. It’s hard to get back in the swing of things when you’ve been gone for six days, the weather has been icky (yesterday and today) and there’s so much catching up to do- Laundry, Housework, Cleaning, Editing Photos from our time there- the list goes on actually.
I will share the numbers, but first, let me say this: I held steady while in Vegas to my weight. I took the stairs everyday, and walked at least 5-8 flights daily – some days more than that. I came back, despite a few cheat meals and ‘ritas, to 140lbs, plus my pants are not nearly as uncomfortable as they used to be! I feel like I actually look skinnier, even if the numbers below don’t show it.
Weight- 140lbs. Total lost since Beginning of January: 4.6lbs
My new “other numbers” are:
Fat = 39.4% up from (37.7%)
Visceral Fat = 6% (no change)
BMI = 26.2 | 26.6
Muscle = 25.9% | Last week 27.7%
I am very happy with where I am, and I know this week will be a big one for me!
How is it going for you?
Happy Trails!
My daughters and I call it remodeling…when you’ve slimmed down without actually losing any weight. Happens a lot when fat is lost and muscle gained 🙂
I’ve been “off” a bit this last week too and need to get back on track – but FEELING physically thinner is a huge step. If those pants are fitting differently and the measurements are going down (which mine have been, too) then you’re making progress. YAY!
