If the title doesn’t have you wondering what this blog post is about, there’s no helping you.
Since I’ve had my new camera it’s been bitterly cold for the most part, which hasn’t led to me wanting to go outside to take photos of much of anything. I did sneak a few this weekend of some jewelry, which I’ll post later, but in the meantime, I decided that maybe this was a good time to work on my indoor photography skills, using only the light available to me, and to see if I could capture otherwise ordinary things in a unique way to make them less ordinary interesting. My camera has some pretty cool color settings and I got to play with them as well.
I hope you weren’t bored to tears with the above photographs!
Happy Trails!

Thanks, Lacey Jo. I think I could get into photographing them. They’re pieces of art all unto themselves!

It is a 214ce and I love it! Her name is EmmaLou. Maybe I should do a whole blog post devoted to how much I love my guitar? I totally don’t play her to her full potential!
