I’m at the Kroger late last week, and I’m in the amazing cheese section. The one with all the fabulous gourmet cheeses, and low and behold, I’m hungry. They’ve got a couple sample cheeses out, with, I should add, killer crackers (which I still haven’t found). But I digress.
I tried this sun-dried tomato and basil Feta Cheese. I am now addicted. I’ve so far put it on spaghetti and salads, but I’m thinking it’d be really good on some roasted red peppers and grilled portabella mushrooms for a smokin’ ‘bella sandwich.
Suggestions anyone? I absolutely cannot get enough of this stuff!
And the better news is that my husband also liked it.
Oh, and since I’ve typed this, I think it’d be good stuffed inside some bacon-wrapped chicken breats. OMG!.
