The 30 day trial/guarantee period ran out for the folks that purchased a horse from us.
They refused to put the horse on a trailer bound for South Dakota. It didn’t even need to be on the trailer by the 30 days running out. He simply needed to be on a scheduled run of a hauler. How hard was that?
Apparently, pretty difficult.
I should stress, they didn’t refuse to return the horse- they refused to return the horse before we sent them back their money.
Now they own him. I don’t want to sound cold, and I’m seriously worried for the well-being of the horse, but Novices don’t get to get into pissing contests with professionals, and that, my friends, was about what this boiled down too.
I understand and agree 100%. The right thing was done here, ACCEPT by the people who bought the horse. I just hope they find a GOOD home for him.
