So, Speaking of Long-Sleeves…

September 9, 2008 by Shauna 2 Comments

Well really, this has nothing to do with long-sleeves, though long-sleeves really made me think of this.

My little brother was a super-star athlete in high school and then went on to be a SUPER STAR at The University of Texas, where he continued his running career in cross country, indoor track, and track.

After taking a couple year hiatus from running- to do things like get married, work on his business career, and start a family, he’s now back at it and just recently completed the Austin Triathalon. He’d said he’s wanted to do one, and I think that this one had less running or swimming than the Olympic Triathalon, but regardless out of 2000 entries he finished 31st!

WTG, Little Bro! You’re awesome, Zach.

Oh, and Zach my little brother is not the same Zach that’s my best friend, work partner and general all around bestest, most favoritist person in my life right now…

Love you both, though!

Spread the Love!

I just stumbled upon your blog – how very cool that you train horses! I have just begun to start appreciating horses. I never understood what was so special about them, but lately I’ve been more drawn to them. My husband told me that taking up horseback riding would be too expensive for a fly-by-night hobby – which is true (especially given how fly-by-night some of my hobbies end up being). But I love seeing your pictures – Flash is a beautiful horse!!!
