It’s time to start deciding where I’m going to enter Fleefoots Dakot Sun, also known as Shuttle, for the Futurities of 2008.
Some of them we have to start nominating as early as September. The point of the futurities is to prove an otherwise unproven horse. They cannot have been entered into any formal competition until Dec 1 of the year prior. So I can start entering her on Dec 1, 2007.
She is working really well, when I don’t get on her with a bad attitude. She’s very sensitive and feels that through me. We have approximately 6 months to get in *high gear* before the first futurity that I’ve picked for her.
I’ll publish a list of where we’ll be when I know!
I’m getting excited. I’ve been waiting for 2008 for a LONG TIME!
