I’m currently taking a black and white photography class with one of my idols: Bev Pettit. If you’ve never seen her work, I suggest you make a bee-line, that is, of course, after you’re done looking at my photos! So this week, I plan to share a bunch of the Black and White images I have taken in the past couple days. I’m learning how to “think and see” in Black and White”. As an artist who loves colored pencils, scratchboard, watercolors and multi-media, I have done this most of my life as it’s something they teach you in art classes. I didn’t realize I do it as much as I do, but even then, Bev has me thinking about different things. So I thought I’d share some of my favorites this week.
We’ll start with some “random” images, and there will be a Wordless Wednesday Post, as well as a “Coltrain” in black and white tomorrow.
Enjoy!
Happy Trails!
