One year ago today, at about 12:30am- nearly precisely the time that I sit here to write this- a glorious baby girl was born! I rubbed her mother’s belly nearly every day for 329 days, asking, begging, pleading for a bay baby girl. I got a girl, but what I got wasn’t bay. And I wouldn’t trade her for the world! I was there to help bring her in to this world. To towel her off. To rub her. To touch her. To love her!
Ibaflitnbird– aka, Dolce was born on March 15, 2008. She is my first foal to raise. I am so lucky!
So here’s to you Dolce! May we have many more birthdays to celebrate!
