I’ve been a busy beaver this month.
All the bulls are home, I’ve been riding as time allows (and it’s about to allow for a lot more), I’ve put a first ride on my colt Fridge (more on him later), I’m kind of keeping up with writing my articles for the paper, and I’ve been slammed with photography work. No complaints here however. My life is great!
A couple weeks ago I took photos of my niece. Then I had to dive in and edit those and keep plowing through all the gorgeous photos I took in Texas of the Bride-To-Be (You. Will. Die. when you see how gorgeous those photos turned out. I act like I’m shocked or something). This past weekend I photographed a wedding Saturday (highlights coming soon!), had family portraits Sunday, and then a school portrait session with another one of our nieces on Monday (more photos coming soon). Yes. I know. Shoot me now. This coming weekend I’ve got an engagement session and a birthday party. For now though, I’m done editing photos, save for the wedding, but I’ve already made my first pass, and as I progress as a photographer all of these tasks are getting easier.
Anyway, the family photos on Sunday were just adorable. By far the CUTEST family I’ve ever shot! Here’s a little collage from the day:
In the meantime, you guys have a super Thursday and don’t forget to give me your name suggestions for the new Rooster. I know y’all are a creative bunch, and there’s goodies in it for the winner!
Happy Trails!
